Accuracy of Information: The buyer warrants that all information provided in this offer is accurate and complete.

1. Acceptance of Terms: By submitting this offer, the buyer agrees to be bound by these Terms of Service. The buyer further confirms that neither the buyer nor any entity they represent has any legal claim or right to the registration of the domain name.

2. Authorization and Representation: If the buyer is submitting this offer on behalf of another entity, they warrant that:

   • They have the legal authority to bind such entity to these Terms of Service;

   • The entity does not have any legal claim or right to the registration of the domain name; and

   • They are authorized to make these representations on behalf of the entity.

3. Offer Validity: The offer is valid only if the domain name is still available for sale. If the domain name has been sold elsewhere or is no longer available, the offer is automatically void.

4. Purchase Agreement: All transactions are subject to a Purchase Agreement, which will be provided by the online escrow service. The buyer must execute the Purchase Agreement within seven days of receipt. The transaction is not complete until both parties have executed the Purchase Agreement.

5. Price and Cancellation: The seller reserves the right to modify the price of the domain name at any time prior to the execution of the Purchase Agreement. The seller also reserves the right to cancel the offer for any reason prior to the execution of the Purchase Agreement.
